The service is not a traditional managed service - it is a cost-effective alternative to external agencies that is deployed through seamless integration with your existing rostering technology and acts as an extension to your existing internal staff bank solution. This service is aligned to NHS workforce initiatives and to the NHS Long Term People Plan.
The NHS Professionals National Bank will initially help supply nursing and midwifery workers to member Trusts, before rolling out to additional staff groups.
