What is the Pool Ward at OUH?
The Flexible Nursing Pool Ward (aka Pool Ward) is an ‘area’ to help support the Trust dependent on where you are most needed on that day.
As you will be required to go to any number of clinical areas across the Trust to support an enhanced rate of pay is provided.

Care Support Worker shift under dedicated assignment code CSWF00 - £17.52
