G.E.M Awards 2022

The G.E.M (Going the Extra Mile) Awards celebrates and rewards individuals for their contributions to our NHS.  

This year we are really excited to be focussing on those that go the extra mile at each of our partner Trusts. This will allow us to acknowledge the achievements of more doctors and Bank Members, meaning there will be over 50 winners!

The G.E.M Awards will continue to focus on significant contribution for innovation, improving the quality of care and supporting health, wellbeing, and staff morale, across all staff groups.

 

 

Dates for your diary

• Nominations open on 1^st December 2022
• Entries close on 31^st January 2023
• Judging will take place between 6^th-10^th Feb 2023
• Judging panel will consist of;

- Chief Nurse, Juliette Cosgrove

  - Responsible Officer, Helen McGill

  - Head Of Operations, Kirsty Fielding 

  - Director of Non-Clinical, Justin Hall

  - Director of Bank Member Engagement, Melanie Simmonds

• Winners will be announced by Friday 25th March 2023
