Bank Member of the Month – Terms and Conditions

The Bank Member of the Month Award acknowledges the excellent contribution that Bank Members make to their local Trust and the wider NHS.

Each month, Bank Members who have received a nomination regarding their performance, via our new form, will receive a certificate from NHS Professionals to thank them for their hard work. Nominations can be submitted by a manager, colleague, or patients within the Trust.

The NHS Professionals Marketing Team will review all nominations submitted and will send out a certificate to all nominees. The top nominee from each Trust, as selected by NHSP, will then receive a certificate and pin badge. The top nominations from the North and South respectively will then be submitted to the corresponding Account Director for them to pick their overall winner. The two winners will go on to receive a £100 Love2Shop Voucher, thank you card, certificate and pin badge.

  1. This Bank Member of the Month Award is applicable to all NHS Professional staff groups.
  2. To be in with a chance of winning a Bank Member of the Month Award, Bank Members must have received a nomination from a manager, colleague, or patient from within their Trust via the form. The cut-off date to be included is the last day of the month.
  3. Two overall winners will be selected per month, one from the North and one from the South. The winners will be selected on the second Tuesday of the month by the relevant Account Director. Each overall winner will receive a £100 Love2Shop digital voucher, thank you card, certificate, and pin badge.
  4. The NHS Professionals Marketing Team will select one top winner per Trust who will receive a certificate and pin badge.
  5. Every Bank Member that receives a nomination will receive a certificate.
  6. Winners will be notified by the email listed on their My:Bank profile. Winners have the right to opt out of the Bank Member of the Month Award emails by informing NHS Professionals by email at: communications@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  8. It is the responsibility of the Bank Member to update their contact details ensuring the correct email and postal address is on their My:Bank.
  9. NHS Professionals reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Bank Member of The Month Award draw/rules without notice and for any reason.
  10. The decision by NHS Professionals is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. NHS Professionals have the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  13. This free award is covered by English law.
  14. The personal details that are supplied to NHS Professionals will be used only for the purpose of the Bank Member of the Month Award and for marketing purposes by NHS Professionals and will not be passed onto any third party.
