Upload documents via Trust ID

As part of the pre-employment checks we'll need to see proof of your right to work and your home address.

You'll need to upload these documents via an app called Trust ID. Follow the steps below to do this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The app will talk you through what you need to do but we've listed some additional top tips for uploading your documents below. You can also find additional guidance on what documents we can accept please click here.

Top Tips:

• Follow the guidance carefully ensuring the documents you upload fit the requirements
• Make sure all 4 corners of each document are visible
• Do not upload the same document more than once 
• Make sure the proof of address documents match the address your provided for your initial application  
• The selfie you upload will be used for your ID badge so make sure it is suitable

Once we have received your documents and checked they meet the requirements you will be invited to a document verification appointment.
