Complete a Work Health Assessment

Average time to complete: 10 minutes

We need to assess you are fit to work in the role you have applied for and make any necessary adjustments to support you in carrying out your work safely and effectively.

We work with Optima Health to carry out occupational health checks.

You will need to complete a work health assessment questionnaire to allow Optima to assess your fitness to work.

Follow the steps below to complete your Work Health Assessment as soon as possible to prevent any delays in the Onboarding process:
