Additional Requirements for Registered Midwives
Please email evidence of the following training completed in the last 12 months to BEOnboarding@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk
- Neonatal Resuscitation (Practical)
- Cardiotocography (CTG)
Few handy tips on what we can accept:
- Certificates must be in a PDF format
- Certificates must have NHS logo/training provider’s logo
- Certificate must show a date of completions
- Your name must be on the certificate
- The trainers name must be on the certificate or it must be signed
- The certificate must state CTG and Neonatal Resuscitation is included

Any certification provided by an NHS Trust is acceptable, it must state completed sessions and date |

Resuscitation Council UK - NLS |
Evidence of Neonatal Resus can be updated for a year only. Must be completed yearly cannot update for 4 years as stated on some certificates. |
|
Training completed virtually |
If the certificate states that the training was 'virtual' for NNR/CTG we can accept this but we would also require a contents page stating NNR/CTG was included. |
