You can choose to join our pension scheme to help you save for your retirement. We have a helpful support article that provides more information on how to join the pension scheme.

How to book shifts

My:Bank is our online booking platform where you can:

  • book shifts
  • release your authorised timesheets to get paid
  • view and download your payslips
  • book paid annual leave. 

You can access My:Bank on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. When you first log in you will see our Registration Agreement - once you sign this you will be able to see available shifts within your chosen area. The My:Bank user guide provides easy step-by-step instructions on how to use the system.

Tip: update your My:Bank profile regularly so it includes all your most recent work preferences. This means you’ll get to see all the latest available work opportunities that are right for you.

If you have any problem booking a shift during office hours, please speak to our shift bookings team directly on 0203 7477 533, available Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Please note this number is only for our bookings team. For out of hours and for all other enquiries please call our national service centre number above. 

Longer-term Placements

We often have opportunities for longer-term, dedicated placements on a specific ward or department at our client Trusts.

These can be where a Trust values continuity of staffing and needs the same person to work a fixed shift pattern to help meet the needs of a specific project, initiative, or patient need.
